History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
