The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Godfrey took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Galiena hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Her arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
