History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roger grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Personality: She hates orcs. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Herleva was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: She got into the Laborer business at a young age. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion
