Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her scythe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a rose on it. Sporting a chestnut mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Sarah has worked very hard to control her curse. After a long history of fighting, Sarah and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she dresses in green turtlenecks beneath a violet coat with green slacks. She has shaved her head bald. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent father.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor. His hair is long and black with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is brown, braided, and well cared for. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, William is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: William was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Humans. Her skin is dark but she possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. She is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright green and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. She keeps her auburn hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are violet and catlike.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Susannah was born the youngest of three triplets. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is greedy
