She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She struck the Barkeep job and began her own company from there.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears dull green sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed dagger, just in case. Her auburn hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Bookbinder business.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Rohesia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Rohesia was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the drow.
