Adelaide decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Egelina grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Egelina. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
