History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Millicent took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up morningstar and armor she uses now. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Millicent fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Layabout. She has worked as a Layabout like her father before her.

History: Norman was born the youngest of three triplets. Norman was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: The child of a Glassblower, who enjoyed hunting, Avelina was taken on many hunting expeditions. Her childhood dream was to be a Glassblower, but she was a colossal failure. After a long history of fighting, Avelina and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
