History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: Shane is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Shane was born with his father's beautiful face. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A woman of a pale complexion, she wears skinny pants and wears a blue and white robe with the hood down. She keeps her white hair in a flapper bob. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. Agatha is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Her first spouse was a Navigator, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Laborer, and she later adopted a second daughter.
