History: Kody was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born to a Shepherd, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her childhood dream was to be a Shepherd, but she was a colossal failure. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Diggory lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He's also a talented Mortician, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bookbinder and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Diggory was born the youngest of three triplets. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Ploughman they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Seamstress, and he later adopted a second son.
