Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Layabout born in the past three hundred years. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: She was born into a rich family. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Weaver. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Millicent was born the youngest of three triplets. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Weaver, and she later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing her hectic life and new weaver responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Sellsword. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by drow. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants revenge against drow
