History: She was born into a rich family. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has achieved small success as a Merchant.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Hugh was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Hugh's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.
