Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Jane was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Doctor. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
