History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Joan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is a great chef.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and regain custody of his son

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. After a long history of fighting, Rolf and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure
