Description: 5'8" and muscular, this southern man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hugh embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. He had to support his now crippled father and took his father's old job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her childhood dream was to be a Ploughman, but she was a colossal failure. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Courier for hire.

History: Rohesia was born with her mother's beautiful face. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman prefers to wear flannel. Her long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Elizabeth was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Shipwright. She has worked as a Shipwright like her father before her.
