Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She comes from a rich western family. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
