History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Sarah was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Cook arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She worked as a nervous Cook and found it very stressful. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gilbert grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Gilbert has worked very hard to control his curse. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
