History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Sybil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Sailor. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
