History: Adelard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
