History: Thomas was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Jeweler, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Jeweler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. A true patriot, Joan would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Joan was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
