His white hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 100. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is an amazing painter.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
