Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. At a young age his father died while driving off some illithids. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in halberd use. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. John was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bather. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
