History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Description: This eastern man is wearing a long, blue cloak. His clothes are grease stained in places. His black hair is braided into rings. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Adelard hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bookbinder they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Doctor, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in the north to a Bookbinder, Matilda learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bookbinder for the past few years.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

She has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. She wears a colorful flower in her auburn hair. She has several tiny opal earrings on each ear.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
