Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Cecily is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
