Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Carter. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: She got into the Carter business at a young age. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She struck the Carter job and began her own company from there.
