Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Bounty Hunter business.

History: Manfred was born with his father's beautiful face. Manfred was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Bounty Hunter.
