Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Bertram was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Bertram decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Odo was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the drow.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
