Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is dressed in an above average manner. Her red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Emmeline is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Marshal but believes her peers are too gung-ho.
History: She is a Hag in disguise. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and to reunite with her old friends

Personality: Millicent is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.
History: She got into the Barkeep business at a young age. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Gunter was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gunter decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
