History: Juliana lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Interpreter they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Priest, and she later adopted a second son.

Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She tends to her Apothecary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She now mingles about in high society.
