Description: He has a missing left leg. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length brown hair. His gray unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bernard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Bernard has worked very hard to control his curse. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull black iron scale mail, and she perpetually has her dagger ready. Her tied-back hair is blonde. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Susannah is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her pickaxe, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. Her red hair is wavy and long. She has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.
Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: She comes from a rich southern family. She took after her mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her mother taught her to defend herself. When her mother died while fighting giants, the young Eleanor began to lead the lost caravan. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born in the south. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
