History: Cecily was born with her father's beautiful face. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Cecily grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Cecily. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
