History: Millicent was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Millicent was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She tends to her Bounty Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To be a Sailor again.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gifted student she started as a Mortician, but she got bored and became a Assassin. She now owns her own business.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
