He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He bought a sickle and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
