Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Balimaar was born the youngest of three triplets. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a black coat, and is pretty ugly. His hair is white and curly. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Detective. He has worked as a Detective like his father before him.
