History: Bertram was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Mary abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break.
