Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Gifted from a young age, Frederick studied abroad. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
