Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears suspenders and blue workpants. His shirt is green, and he wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. His hair is red and curly. His blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to clean up the streets

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Hadwisa was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears dull red sweaters, loose black pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed whip, just in case. She has wavy auburn hair. Her blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. Sarah is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Ruler. She struck the Ruler job and began her own company from there.

Description: She has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into her grey robe. She is physically well-built. Her head has been shaved. Her eyes are brown and catlike.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Sarah hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Sarah was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Sarah decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
