Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bounty Hunter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is greedy

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born into a rich family. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She has wavy black hair. This green eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Cecily was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Cecily decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
