Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Ernest lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: Adelaide wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She left for the west, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears tattered old clothes. His long white hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. The war was a terrible time for him, and John does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
