When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

History: Ahlyssa was born the youngest of three triplets. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and to unite with her brother

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and meet up once more with her childhood friend
