History: Roger was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fortune-teller. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and seeks redemption

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.

Description: This man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on his right hand. His long silver hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Percival grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Percival. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
