She has dyed her greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. Her brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Eva grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Eva. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
