History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Roger and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Eleanor was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and to prove her worth to the world
