History: Hadwisa hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Carter. She has achieved small success as a Carter.

Motivation: To pay off her debts; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: This late middle aged woman does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it and is in decent physical shape. She has no hair. Her blue eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
