Personality: She is fixated on the number 97. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She does not believe in violence as a means to an end. She is a dedicated Mayor but believes her peers are too gung-ho.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Sarah's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Sarah was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Sellsword hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 4 years.
