One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Gilbert took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When Frederick reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the west. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: She is a Slaad in disguise. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she would like to get married and retire
