History: Born in the north to a Ruler, Manfred learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 15 years.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: To end his boredom; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
