Description: An older woman who wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. She conceals her greataxe with her veritable burlap sack of a shirt, she is not a threatening figure. She has chestnut hair. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Crown-heir born in the past three hundred years. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Jane was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her skin is flawless and her violet eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of goblins may trigger it at times.

History: The child of a Mason, who enjoyed hunting, Eva was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: A deep hatred of goblins.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

Description: This man is very fat, and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He wears his chestnut hair up. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
