History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: Nicholas lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shepherd business.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Doctor arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now mingles about in high society.
