Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a bow on his belt. He carries with him a set of bows on his belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. He sports a flattop hair cut. His eyes are a pleasant brown.
Personality: Heward is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Heward is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Heward's homeland. Heward decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His skin is fair and his fingers are delicate and long. With bright black hair and a scraggly beard. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

Description: She wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. She usually doesn't wear a shirt. She is portly but not overly obese. She has dyed her greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. Her brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has never given up on her music dream.
Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and she wants to get laid

Description: He is a husky man, who prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor. He has shaved his head bald. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Anselm was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Anselm abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a Beggar soon after.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Beggar responsibilities is difficult; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
