Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Vicky was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has achieved small success as a Spice Merchant.
